- Full refund if rescheduled at least 14 calendar days before the test.
- Partial refund of 50% if rescheduled 8–13 days before the test.
- No refund if rescheduled less than 8 days before the test.
- Full refund if canceled at least 14 days before the test.
- 50% refund if canceled 8–13 days prior, and no refund if canceled less than 8 days before the test.
